Konak Pier, which was used as the Customs Building from 1867 to the end of 1950, was designed in 1890 by the construction company which also designed renowned Eiffel tower in Paris. This original building, which has a special location near Izmir's historical Konak Square, was used as the Customs Building for a long time and began to be used as a Fish Market in 1960.

Konak Pier, whose reconstruction works started in 2003, is one of the most important buildings with its unique architecture, more than 100 years of history and unique location on the sea, which was brought to Izmir as a Shopping Center in 2004. Konak Pier today offers a new Life Style as the only center of shopping and pleasure on the sea in Izmir, with 37 distinguished boutique concept stores, Cinebonus cinemas and 10 private gourmet restaurants / cafes overlooking the sea, 5 of which are large.
