Kültürpark

Izmir Kültürpark was founded on January 1, 1936.

Kulturpark has more than 8,000 trees and around 200 plant species. Trees and vegetation have been tagged and the trees insured. 

Kültürpark hosts culture and arts events organized by many institutions and organizations. 

Kültürpark is established on an area of ​​420.000 square meters. There are 14 indoor exhibition halls, 4 conference halls, Atatürk Open Air Theater, İsmet İnönü Art Center, Izmir Art, Fair Marriage Office, Celal Atik Sports Hall, Parachute Tower, Youth Theater, Painting and Sculpture Museum, Izmir History and Art Museum.

There are also areas reserved for sports activities including 1850-meter jogging track, indoor sports hall, tennis courts and astroturf.
